My goal is to ensure you feel welcomed, safe, and heard as you share your story. People view counseling in a variety of ways. Everyone has different comfort levels with the therapeutic process and no matter where you are in that process, I am here to help. As your counselor, it is my goal to guide social and emotional growth through reframing, reflection, and advocacy. I am so happy you are here!
